[Identified] There are currently builders in the church at Honing who have cut the power to the church which will have taken customers offline. This will be effecting Happisburgh customers as well. We are liasing with the Church warden to find out when the power will be back on to the church. Apologies for the disruption to service
[Investigating] Over the past week we have been made aware that a number of customers have had issues with their connections. We have been monitoring the connection and it is a bandwidth issue that has affected both the Honing and Happisburgh sites.
We are committed to improving this service to ensure you receive the fastest and most reliable speeds possible. Therefore we are currently carrying out maintenance work on both sites as well as the connections which supply them.
As part of this work, new equipment will be installed and upgrades made so therefore please expect disturbances to your connections for no longer than a matter of hours while we make these improvements.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused while these improvements are carried out and for the slow speeds you are currently receiving. We are doing all we can to rectify this issue.
